Ireland's Best Kept Secret
We worked with Edelman and Gallaghers Bakehouse to create content for their latest campaign "Bread Made Better" with the legend of Daniel O'Donnell.
The campaign centers around keeping Donegals best kept secrets...a secret (like their award winning bread range from Gallaghers Bakehouse). We shot a x60" and a number of short cutdowns in our first instalment in 2021.

In 2022, we returned for another round as Gallaghers Bakehouse teamed up with Donegal legend, Daniel O'Donnell again for their newest campaign. This time with all the hysteria from fans travelling across the world, dying to get a taste of the soft, fluffy and delicious bread, Daniel must go in disguise to avoid the backlash from the locals of Ardara.
The light-hearted ad shows how Ardara, the home of Gallaghers Bakehouse, has become the Las Vegas of the Northwest. With tourists from all over the world travelling to sample its delicious bread since Daniel let the secret out about how soft, fluffy, and delicious Gallagher’s Bakehouse is, much to the locals’ annoyance. As a result, Daniel has become a pariah in the town, and must resort to desperate measures to get his fix of Gallagher’s Bakehouse.
Again we created a hero video along with five cutdowns helping to extend the campaign’s reach across multiple platforms while distilling the core message into punchy, shareable moments tailored for different audiences and formats.
